Location and food were nice, simply a superior hotel. It was within short walking distance to Takeo city center. My room was with bathtubs, a plus for me. It offers early check-in too. Welcome base for a 1-night stay.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, which was very close to the train station and many restaurants. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of Japanese and Western food, and there was even a milk vending machine outside the onsen. the hotel had a nice and clean onsen, and the staff was friendly and provided good recommendations for nearby restaurants.
the pillow was too soft and there were no extra pillows available due to high occupancy. It was a shame that the onsen closed early at midnight and did not reopen until the next morning, which was inconvenient for those who wanted to use it late at night.

I absolutely loved my stay at Central Hotel Takeo. The location was perfect, just a minute's walk from the south entrance of Takeo Onsen Station. The room, although small, was comfortable and had a nice firm mattress. The ensuite bathroom was modern and stylish. The highlight of my stay was definitely the onsen in the annex building. The view from the onsen was breathtaking, and I enjoyed it twice during my stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff provided great information about nearby restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The Wi-Fi connection could be improved.

The hotel was conveniently located near the train station and walking distance from the main attraction. The breakfast was fair and the hotel provided maps for nearby restaurants. The room was adequate for one person.
The wifi signal in my room was inconsistent and the locker and onsen areas were cramped. when I returned to the hotel at night, the quiet town made me feel a bit uneasy as a solo traveler.
